so if i download an HD clip, say, from apple trailers. and i play it on my computer. and i have it display through the dvi output, which is dvi to HDMI and hook it up to a HD tv. will it come out in HD. and could my computer run it? 1.66 core duo 2 gig ram??
 
Yes your PC will run it. I run HD clips on my 56" tv with my laptop, which is a core2duo 1.66 with 1 gig of ram.
