HD problim

anyway i just got mny seagate HD from Newegg ordered it 2 days ago man i love newegg. anyway i went to install it and my bios dectes it says its there but it dosent show up in windows!!!! the jusperd are set right and it has pawer and such it was workin fine with the maxtor i had on there 10 min ago wounderin what the problim is.
 
ahh yes forgot about that. my maxtor came formated forgot i had to do it. for some reason fdisk dosent work on my computer. very starnge. just used partition magic 7. worked fine
