HD problem, help needed!

Two days ago, when I turned on my computer, Norton Antivirus opened an error window and told me that "NAVprod was missing" Some of my programs could not open. Then I looked at the computer management, I saw that my SATA HD's (Two partitions) letter was changed from D to F. I changed it back again, ran panda online virusscan and everything was fine for a day or two. Now it is happening again and it says that my HD is unallocated.

I don't know if I already lost it but I don't want to lose my data and I don't want to format that drive. Can anyone help me with a solution? I'd be grateful. Thank you all.
