HD Missing after Format

I was having boot sector issues I decided to format during the format I could see both HD, only formated the primary. Now my system cannot see the other HD and Ideas?

Right-click my computer, click manage, and click disk management. You should see two drives. Make sure there is a drive letter signed to the one that is missing. That should fix your problem.
