HD in the WD Live Hub

I think the HD has crashed any idea how hard it is to replace. I don't see a screw on the box anywhere, and I assume its a 2.5" hd. Anybody try this? Or can I just remove the thing and use it like a WD Live off a share folder on my Harddrive?

Last night i guess it froze while the wife was watching something, and it seemed to be making a humming noise this morning, and would hang on the boot screen. They didn't turn it off last night. I do have back ups of everything on 2 separate computers
 
it is the hard drive, and it will run with out the hard. It takes some work though. Need to find a cheap WD Scorpion HD for it
