HD hotter than CPU =\

lol. I have an 80gb 7200rpm seagate baracuda hard drive and it's at 42C with the case off. My CPU temp is 40-41... a 1.4@1.58 w/ sk-6+delta. Is this okay ? i mean for the HD to be this hot

i had 2 WD 30gb 7200 rpm in a raid setup and they were one on top of the other, that added to the heat. their temps were insane!!

at times they were at 47-52. but since i cut up my case and have 3x120mm blowing into the case and separated them. they are much cooler, like around 33-37.
