I'm trying to get a HD enclosure as a secondary backup. My last 160 gig crashed and lost tons of stuff. Well I've been doing some searches and I find some ranges from $30 to $200. Can anybody tell me the difference? I've seen some saying it's for 100gigs and so forth. Can anybody recommend a decent one for a 200+ gig HD?

Take your pick off this page.

It doesn't really matter which one you buy, just make sure it supports the HDD size you want at best. Other features to look for are support for both USB 2.0 and Firewire (if that matters to you), looks and finally, price.

We all (most of us), know what you are talking about, when you say "HD". The give away is when you mentioned "160 gig", "100gigs" and "200+ gig".
