HD-DVD or Blu-Ray Playback on Macs?

Assuming that you have a HD-DVD or Blu-Ray drive connected to your Mac, can you watch HD=DVD or Blu-Ray films on a Mac?

So, I guess I'm asking if there are any built-in or third party HD-DVD or Blue-Ray players for Leopard.

I think that you can, but I am honestly not at all positive. I am not even sure who might make a 3rd party software DVD player for the mac since it comes with a built in one.
