Whats up you monkeys!
I have some questions about this exciting new HD technology:
1) When will this technology come forth (roughly)?
2) Are all HD-DVD players expected to be backwards compatible with regular DVDs?
3) I hear the movies are expected to be 30+ GB in size, and current dual-layer DVD technology only supports roughly 8-9GB. Does the "HD-DVD" technology pertain to the media, the technology on the media, or both?
4) Any idea how much they will cost?
5) What resolution does HD-DVD support anyways?
Thanks in advanced guys!
