HD doesn't show capacity

I just installed a 15 gig Maxtor on my parents Pentium 166.

I also installed Win98SE on it to.

My problem is that it only shows up at 7.82 gig in My Computer.

How in the heck can I get that extra 7 or 8 gigs I am supposed to have?

sounds like you're limited by your bios in recognising the hdd full capacity!
