HD Channel operating really slow

I just built a new machine yesterday, and noticed that one IDE channel is running really slow. I checked device manager and it says all of my drives are operating at the correct speeds (UDMA100, 133), but when I do the speed test they are only operating at around 1-2mbps! This is only on one channel though. On the other channel (DVD-R, 125GB UDMA100), the HD is operating at the correct speed (around 95mbps).

Here are my specs:
Athlon64 3000+
Epox 8KDA3J nForce3 250Gb mobo
Kingmax 512MB PC3200 DDR RAM x 2
WindowsXP SP2

Okay, now it appears it's both channels.

I've tried reinstalling the nForce 3 drivers, but it's still operating at really slow levels. Any ideas?
