HD Camcorder for $129 - Good enough?

I've decided to go with a cheap Camcorder for video and figure the camera stuff out later. My wife is wanting something cheap and easy to use for shooting baby movies and our kid's "firsts" like crawling, walking, puking, etc.

Would this be good enough for basic home use?

The price seems excellent @ $129

Is there anything around that price range or just a little more that we should look at?
