HD Audio Connector... loose... ok?

Hello All,

I bought a Cougar Solution case over the weekend. I was inspecting it prior to starting my build and I noticed that the black, looped cable had some play in it. After more evaluation, the pin at the bottom of the connector moves up and down when I move the loop. The pin only moves in the visible area and it does not come out of the casing.

I can return the case as I am well within the return period. I just wanted to check with the community first. This is not normal, right?

The picture is not my connection but it is close enough. I am not sure what the silver pins are coming out of the bottom. Might be pins in the motherboard? Not sure.

So the metal pin pushes up into the connector block? I would just hit the top with a blob of hot glue so it cant move.
