HD 7950 having that much issues?

Hey...i'm really comtemplating the HD 7950 as a near future upgrade mostly because of the Never Settle game bundles (Crysis 3 and Bioshock Infinite free coupons).

But, i'm reading many users having artifacting issues, glitches and other annoyances with their 7950 under 13.1.

Is this a known issue that's getting fixed or something I must live with if I buy this card?

the flickering issues have been fixed mostly with 13.1 whql. 13.2 beta fixes frame latency issues in games like skyrim, borderlands 2 and guild wars.

you can post in the HD 7950 owners thread too and get people to give their feedback

13.2 betas have all but completely eliminated the directX 9c artifacting bug. I'd say these cards are totally safe buys now.
