HD 7770 on a 400W PSU?

And I'm thinking of installing an XFX HD7770 graphics card into it:

This is being paired with a Phenom II X4 960T running at stock clocks, which claims to be a 95W CPU.

Will this be alright?

Do you have any AC wattage numbers from a Kill-a-Watt, etc.?

it says you have 2x xeon? if those are 100w each you may hav a problem in long run, although 7770 should not require significantly more power than 4670, maybe 30w more
