HD 5850 scaling problem

Games dont scale correctly with my 5850. I cant disable GPU scaling as after i click the "apply" button it just reticks the box. Im pretty sure i enabled GPU scaling before because i had the exact same problem not long ago and GPU scaling fixed it, my upgrade to 10.3 mustve screwed with that though.

This only happens with DX10/11, when i set company of heros to DX9 mode scaling is normal and there are no black lines anywhere.

Im using the latest 10.3whql drivers, my monitor is a viewsonic vx2260wm, using HDMI cable. Also the desktop actually didnt scale correctly initially until i set the underscan-overscan thing to 0%.

Im out of ideas :/
 
Fixed, solution was to use a DVI cable instead because apparently 1080p + DX10/11 + ATI card = fucked. Also this has been an issue for a long time as well according to some posts i read:

How would this be brought to the attention of ATI? Send an email? Not many people are having this problem but i guess the amount of people who meet all the criteria needed to experience it is pretty small.
