Justa question on how to correctly set up my HD5450 to optimize for my 1080p HDTV. I have the card set at 1920 x 1080 but the image doesn't take up the full TV screen and is vertically stretched. What am I missing here? I was under the impression that with this card I would be able to view my PC desktop on the full 1080p screen.

Thanks for any input you folks can provide.

yep you can but sometimes it requires some tweaking on both TV and PC side. are you connected via HDMI or VGA cable? if vga, you should not have much trouble if TV supports 1920x1080 input.

on TV you'll need to find setting "native" or "1:1". On PC, you might need to play with HDTV support portion of catalyst control center.
