I was just looking at the 4860's specs on Sapphire 's home page.
It says 800 stream processors , not 600 like originally thought.
A 256 bit memory bus.
Clocked at 700 core, 1500 memory.
"Energy Efficient Manufacturing Process
Second generation 55nm chip uses the industry‟s most energy efficient manufacturing process."

I'm reading this chip uses 80 watts on other forums compared to the 4850's 110 watts.
