Hey everyone. I just got the Sapphire HD 4830. I'm having trouble setting up things the way I want them, so I figured that I should check to see if it's even possible in the first place.

I originally had just one monitor, and used the Audigy SE sound card. But now, I'm trying to hook up a second display, which is actually an LCD TV. The purpose of the second display is to watch videos on it since it's larger, and I can sit on my couch. It's not always going to be on though.

There are just a couple things that I can't figure out. Is there a way to set the resolution on the second display without having to extend the desktop? Or is there a good way of playing video on my second display?

And my second issue is that audio only only comes out of whatever display I'm using. Can windows only use one audio device at a time? I'm using the HDMI adapter that comes with the card. I imagined watching videos on the computer with the computer speakers, and then if I wanted to watch videos on the TV, I could turn that on and the audio would come out from there as well.

Any input would be great, and keep me sane. Thanks.
