I am looking for the original song sung at the beggining and end of the Tracy Presents show on HBO. I don't know who sings it but I looked it up on Kazza and it's called "They Don't Know".

(I wanted the original song but all I knew was the title of the song, not the original singer. There are a lot of songs by the same name so that didn't help)
