Anybody else seen this? Its only 42 minutes long about a guy in prison doing a life sentence for killing a drug dealer. In the mid 80's jacks second son got hooked on drugs and hanged himself, he was only 14. Jack suffering from PTSD and grief hunted the drug dealer who sold his son the drugs and killed him out of revenge. Jack was 60 something when he went to prison.
in the documentary Jack is dying and the Iowa prison he is in has a special wing for hospice that is run by fellow inmates. It was the most powerful TV i have ever seen.
I guess it was filmed back in 2006 and it took this long for somebody like HBO to edit it and make it into a documentary and was nominated for an 2013 academy award for short documentary.
