Hayabusa or R1???

Hey guys,
Which bike looks good the 'Suzuki Hayabusa' or the 'Yamaha R1'. Which is better in all respects and why? Just need your opinion guys.

Dear lord, get the R1.

Actually, my pick would be the R6. Enough power for those of us that dont have MotoGP credentials, and infinitely more flickable.

Yes, I am a Yamaha fan, but with good reason.

Depends.

R1 is much lighter, more maneuverable and has plenty of power.

Hayabusa is obviously heavier and less nimble, but has oodles of power and is more comfortable than the R1.

Which is more important to you: having power that will mash your eyes back in their sockets or a bike that you can flick around in the twisties?

The R1 rules. The Busa is cool too. The Yammy is sweet though. Guess it depends you looking to break the streets up or going more on a cruise with style? Put some hard side bags on the Busa and still look sweet. Or you can just leather up and grind the curves on the R1

R1 is actually more fun on the street IMO since it's not much heavier than the R6 and you don't have to wind it out to make power. You can pretty much do 2nd/3rd gear all day in the twisties and still have enough power to light the back end up if you're so inclined.

Well bikes look awesome in broken peices but i think the hayabusa has the colors that go well with road rash color. Nothing against teh R1, but if you want to show your balls of steel the only way to go is get teh hayabusa and go over 200mph on t-shirt and sneakers.

If your considering these bikes i hope you got MAJOR riding experience. They are NOT beginner bikes. Save your life take teh MSF course www.msf-usa.org and then get a beater bike.

make sure to get something to hold your oversize balls that way they don't bounce up and down on the seat

in my experience girls go goo-goo ga-ga over anything on two wheels.

SInce your showing squidly tendencies.. i would tell you to STAY away from anything above 600cc supersport (that means no R1, R6, GSXR series, CBR series, Fireblade, 919, ZX series (kawasaki).

If you want to live take the msf course first. Then buy a 500 cc or the SV650 at most and then learn to ride properly. YOur going to fall a few times before you learn but atleast you will live with minor injuries.

Anyway since you want a head turning bike, to me a Triumph or a Ducati turns heads than the plain old R1 or Hayabusa which are quite common, i want something rare to turn heads.. otehrwise i dont. A smart girl wont wet her panties seeing your ride cause she knows that your just another squid trying to show off.

I don't know much about bikes, but I'm sure any girl would look at you and see "Bike" instead of "Yamaha R1".

I'd say Ducatis are much better looking than either though
