So, one department in one podunk town in Michigan was & maybe still is violating state law.

Between pressure from MMJ states, legalized states, Congress & the White House the bureaucracy will be forced to yield sooner rather than later. Cannabis prohibition is suffering from terminal snake bite. We'll see a lot of drama before the end.
