Having troubles with clock frequencies on Gf fx 5200 ultra

I just recently upgraded to this card, and just yesterday went ddr, got the FIC au13 nforce 2 board and a stick of Corsair pc2700 512 mb cs xms ram, and today bought a Barton 2500+ with 333 mhz fsb(ocing to 350mhz) and was at 1.8gz but just a bit over 1.9ghz, but anyways, my question is in 3dmark 03 it says my core clock on my video card is 250mhz(when It should be 325mhz) and the 650mhz memory, so why wont it change, ive tried the coolbits, but im running win2kpro and clock frequency change wont work or something, so if anyone can help me to at least reach the 325mhz, or if u can hep me oc this bad boy, please help out, the card is a pny geforce fx 5200 ultra 128mb ddr
maybe i should post what hardware im running

after running 3dmark 03 i got a score of 1858 on the geforce fx 5200 ultra with 350/703
here is my current setup:

Fic AU13 nforce2 board
Athlonxp Barton 2500+ at a little over 2.0ghz
Corsair CHX512-2700 C2 cs2 333mhz(at 350mhz)could go higher,just havent tried
Geforce fx 5200 ultra 128mb ddr at 350/703
30gb WD HD
onboard 5.1 sound
I guess what i need is to know is if I can get a higher score out of this card, or if I should sell the card and get something, if so,m what do u suggest?

thanks and this is my first post

what do u mean messing with it, why are u being so rude, dude, chillout, what do u want me to do, just forget i spent the money to upgrade to something good, and not try to get the most out of it?

Your choice of motherboard was questionable by some, CPU OK, but that video card is the bottom of the barrel. You could have done better with a Radeon 8500 of a GE force 3 ! Sorry to be so harsh, but dump that POS and get a Radeon 9700 pro for $200 ! It fits the rest of your system pretty well. Even a non-pro would be OK.

well do u know of any good deals on anything including or above the 9500 pro, and Im not sure why people question this boards capability(FIC AU13), it handles everything GREAT so far

Most ppl like the Asus or Epox boards. The FIC should be fine. Just wondering, did you get it at Fry's?

On the graphics card, a $200 Radeon 9700 Non-Pro would be a good deal. It's only a bit more than the 9500 Pro, and will give you a lot more performance. I've heard you can OC it to 9700 Pro levels.

yes I did get the board at frys, why do u ask bro, and well I wish I had $200 to spend, but anything between $100 and $150 will suit me

Keep your eyes on newegg's refurb's. You can get an Atlantis 9700 non pro for $159 (when in stock) Fry's video card prices suck !
