3 lights = ram issues, but it could be something else...

1. Disconnect the psu from the AC adapter (after turning psu in off position).
2. Remove all PSU connectors connecting to the mobo (24 pin, 4pin 12v, 4pin molex...)
3. Push the reset button and power button several times, I usually click it like crazy.
4. Leave it off for a while if you aren't in a hurry, come back and plug everything back in.
5. Boot, and it might work.

Edit: Problem solved I see. I think that means that you don't have an OS installed on your hard drive yet, so it's asking for a system disk.

Well...yeah. Unless I'm forgetting something all computers with blank HD's ask for a system disk on the first boot.

If you want to install the OS then you'll need a bootable CD (which happens to be most windows disks) or a boot disk. If you have a copy of windows then insert it with the computer on and then restart the computer and it should prompt you to "press any key to boot from CD" at some point. Then you do the obvious...press a key. Then the windows setup process should start. Inserting the disk at the screen I think your talking about won't do anything.
