Having trouble with the drivers for my onboard Sound Card on my MSI 6330 Lite ***PLEASE HELP**

I just finished putting together a system using a MSI 6330 Lite K7T Pro2 Motherboard. everything seems to be coming up just fine except for my onboard Sound card. For some reason, the computer doesn't seem to recognize it, or initialize the drivers for it. It just comes up as unknown PCI audio device. Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong.

thank you very much for your help.

You enabled "sound blaster", "gameport", and "mpu401" in BIOS/Peripherals right? They are off by default in my BIOS though I have the MSI-6330 and not the lite version. Once enabled, set the "PnP OS" option to disabled and ask your system to "reset configuration data". This lets your BIOS setup the hardware instead of relying on Windows to screw it up. I have every slot full and have no problems with the onboard sound finding resources using this method.
