Having trouble with Steam and CS:S, get connected then just stops

Guys,

This is really starting to annoy me. It only started doing this crap this week and i've been playing fine for 3. I get in a game (one of the 5 or so servers I am a regular at) and it loads and I start the round and then it just freezes. Not locks up, the data transmission or something freezes and I can't move and then I have to reconnect.

The console says this, is this a a connection issue (PL?):

Also I am getting this error too:

Performance warning: Mark bone 'ValveBiped.Bip01_L_Hand' in model 'player/terror.mdl' as being used by bone merge in the .qc!



I didn't install any model packs or anything, just a totally normal stock install.
