Having trouble with Remote Desktop

I am trying to use remote desktop to connect to another XP system on my network here in the house. I set it up just like the others that have worked, but this one is strange. I get an error, "The policy of this system doesn't allow you to logon interactively." The user account I am trying to logon with is set as an administrator. Where else can I go to enable remote access for this user? Yes, the checkbox under system properties on the remote tab is checked for remote acess. I added the user account to the list of users allowed to have remote access. Any help or direction would be appreciated. I have searched on google, but I haven't been able to find relevant information.
