having trouble with p4c800 and AGP

I have a ti-4600 running in PCI mode, and i dont know why, is there a bios option i missed, i have it set AGP/PCI in bios.

help is appreciated.

I had this problem until I installed the VIA Chipset drivers from www.viaarena.com
