Ok, so i have a Leadtek 6800GT (PCI-e) with the latest drivers (77.77).

I have it overclocked to 400 and 1100 MHz (it can go up to 425 and 1500 MHz max, so i gave myself plenty of room)

I also have an overclocked 3500+ (which is giving me some stability problems), along with 2GB of RAM

When i run Aquamark, it will run perfect for 5 seconds, then go blank or freeze, then run for 5 more seconds, then do the same thing.

Whats cuasing this?
(i ran ATI Tool to scan for artifacts and there arent any after 2 minutes)

EDIT*** I just tried to run 3DMark 03 and i got the blue screen of death right when Wings of Fury loaded.

not too bad.......the system in my sig gets around there without O/C

Try taking out 1GB of RAM and change settings back to 1T then try it again.....may be an improvement!
