Having trouble sharing my IDSL connection...

I recently signed up for 1.5Mbit ADSL service with Earthlink, but in the meantime I'm having trouble sharing my 144 Kbps IDSL service from Covad.net. The service uses PPPOE, which I'm successfully using on my own computer with Enternet 300 software provided by Covad. However, I can't seem to figure out how to share it. I had my previous Flashcom IDSL service shared using Sygate software, and I just typed in my server's IP as the Gateway to all the other computers and the connection shared fine. However, I'm having more trouble with the PPPOE connection from Covad. Anybody have any suggestions for the best way to share it?

Thanks,
Chris Kennedy

I'm on Covad.net PPPOE 144/144 right now also and have been unable to share it...haven't given much attempt to it as I only have one pc in my room right now but eventually the other 2 pc's will be coming in here so I hope to find out also.

Sybren, dslreports.com, under networking, and then sharing says that PPPOE can be shared by simply using a switch and letting the other computers login. Most isps do not limit the number of times you can log in and get an IP. I haven't tried this yet with covad.net because I don't have another pc in my room but hopefully it will work.
