Running Windows 7 on MacPro thru Bootcamp

11GB free on HD (60GB total)
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU P7550 @ 2.26GHz
4.00 GB Ram
64-bit OS
GeForce 9400M card

Basically I'm able to play the game, but it's quite laggy on Med-Hi video settings, and so-so on low settings. I'm not sure if my settings are just insufficient to play BF3 or if there is some software I can download to make the game more manageable. Any suggestions? D:

Both your video card and your CPU are really not sufficient to play the game at more than low-medium settings. BF3 eats dual core CPUs for breakfast and asks for more and it really tasks quad cores. Even if you were to upgrade your video card it would still be held back by the CPU. The only way you're going to get better performance on the game is to get a new system.

Bad news: the computer is basically useless. If you want to play games, buy a new one. There's nothing you can do with this, sadly.
