Having trouble jumping ship

I finally get my Q9550 & 8g to 3.8Ghz It's done 4Ghz but I had to change out my 4g DDR2 1000 kit for the 8g DDR2 900 kit because I thought it would be better for using Adobe PP CS4: 450fsb proved to be what they call a fsb hole. It would of been nice because the 900 kit ran 4.4.4.12 but all my attempts resulted fruitless. There are alot of reasons to setup the 'New Platform' in my sig but I am having trouble jumping ship. It's been less than a year, less than 2 weeks for this air cooled setup, that I have had this running. I think I may just have to find good use for it. Now that I think of it, I have a few options on what I can do with it. Right now, as my extra parts stand, I have an h20 case I can put it in, but I need the rest like a HDD, PSU, Vid card, LCD, etc.
