Having trouble deleting crackerbox.exe virus. Someone help please.

If anyone is knowledgable on this matter. Norton AV identifies crackerbox.exe as a trojan used for DOS attacks on my system. It can not quarantine or delete the file. When I scan my drive it does not find the file. Any ideas what I should do?
