I live outside of Washington D.C. and I use Verizon FiOS. My roommate is a Korean who came to live with me and study at the local university. I don't have any complicated firewalls or nothing on my router that blocks specific ips or what not. However I just can't connect to this website:
http://www.plaync.co.kr
This is NCSoft's (Lineage, Guild Wars, etc.) Korean website. My friend plays a lot of Korean betas or what not and one of them happens to be linked on that site.
A tracert shows that I go to Cali, than to some IPs which I assume are outside the U.S. and then it just times out over and over after 25 hops. However, my friends on vent located all around the country and my cousin about an hour away from me can access the site perfectly fine.
Any solutions?
