And the tricky part is that the company I'm paying isn't replying to emails. I used their service for a total of an hour and decided not to use it, so now for the past three days (after a month of being subscribed) I've been trying to establish contact with them to cancel it. There's no way to do it yourself on their plain, limited webpage. You have to get them to do it. So that's my second clue I should never have signed up with them.
I did some research and I'm finding that other people have had the same problem with these guys and paypal says you have to work it out with the company itself. Useless.
It's only going to charge me another seven bucks for something I don't use, but does anyone know of a more sure-fire way to cancel with a dodgy company? I'm hoping not to have to end up calling them on the phone, I'm a terrible telephone chicken. Thanks for any ideas.
