My setup is
Vista 64bit
HIPER HPU-4K580-MS 580W POWER SUPPLY
GIGABYTE GA-965P-DS3
Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 Conroe 2.13GHz OCd to 3.2GHZ 1.42V
(2X1GB) g.sKILL pc2-6400 4-4-4-4-12 2.0V-2.1V
(2X1GB) Crucial Ballistix pc2-6400 4-4-4-12 2-1V-2.2V
Geforce 8800GT 512mb

When I'm overclocked my system tends to be stable anywhere from 1-3 days then it wont post.

When I keep it at default its stable for about 3-4 days then it will just not post and I have to run it without the gskill memory inside to tweak the settings. which is usually upping the the memory voltage 0.2V or else it won't boot with all four sticks OCd or not.

I have also tried booting with the gskill memory only but it will only boot with the one of the sticks. Which doesn't quite make sense either because originally I was running just the g.skill memory. I only recently added the Ballistix. The Ballistix doesn't give me any problems. My brother gave it to me before he upgraded his comp and had the same setup except he just had the ballistix and was running at 3.6ghz.

Also my memory timings aren't tweaked and isn't stable when I try forcing it to 4-4-4-12

Could it possibly be the slight differences on the memory voltage..my mobo...or my PS

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You

Most likely you simply have a combination of memory that is not going to run together. Ideally, a 2 x 2GB kit is the best way to get 4GB of memory. Also, keep in mind that the 965 based MOBOs took quite a bit of a voltage bump to the memory controller to run 4 modules. IIRC, it took about 1.5v+ but it's been quite a while since I messed with one.
