Having some trouble with a system...

I'm having a bunch of trouble with a system. Every time i boot up it comes up with a BSOD and I can't even boot into safe mode...
It says that the ACPI BIOS is not fully compliant with ACPI spec. I tried calling epox about it, but to no avail, so I need to turn to you guys.

Anyway, the specs:
mid-tower case with 300W PSU
epox 4G4A+ mobo
P4 2.0Ghz
256MB (single dimm) PC2100 DDR by crucial
WD1200JB
LiteOn CDRW
Floppy Drive
GF2 Pro
NIC

If anyone can help, please do...

BTW, I updated to the most recent BIOS and set the BIOS to optimal and fail-safe options, but also to no avail.

I could only find one reference to that issue@MSKB and it pertains to XP (I'm not sure what OS you have) Link However, I'm certain that Standard PC HAL can be done for w2k as well if that's the OS in use, just search for the issue to obtain instructions, HTH 🙂
