Having some problems with subscription

I subscribed and got a confirmation earlier today (about 3:30 PM EST). I can't log into the server. Says that I am not a subscriber or that the subscription has expired. I posted in the Fourum Issues, but nothing that can solve this problem. Anyone have any ideas or a similar experiance?
