Having problems with my GF vid card

My GF 7600 card just crapped out on me, weird pixels are appearing everywhere on screen. I need to contact customer support to hopefully have the vid card replaced. So, whats the best way to do this? phone or email? and is getting a replacement card even possible?

phone the company who makes ur card, not nvidia. BFG, EVGA, XFX etc. they are the ones who will be replacing ur card if its under warranty
