Having problems with my Geforce 4 ti4600 refresh rate on XP

Im having problems with my WinFast A250 ultra TD geforce 4 ti4600 on XP because my fps is capped on XP at 60 frames per second on XP and i tried the the refresh rate FIX for XP and it still didnt fix the 60 fps cap because it said my card didnt have nvidia drivers . Could i do anything about this problem .. is there any links that can fix my 60 fps cap for Geforce 4 ti4600.. thank you

Yes, the fix is to replace the nv4_disp.inf with this one. I had the best results uninstalling the 28.32's, unzip the .exe file to a folder, replace the nv4_disp.inf, reboot PC, then reinstall the drivers. You can then use the refresh rate program.
