Having problems with Internet Explorer/MSN

I recently installed DSL on my computer and whenever I try to load up internet exporer, it just loads up a screen that says "please go to your desktop and click on DellNet for MSN". It doesn't even load up the internet, and when I try to load up the internet through say regular explorer and type up the web address, it disapears and that window shows up.

Any thoughts?
 
c:/programfiles/internet exploer/signup <if you have this delete it, that should fix the problem.

if that doesnt work call your isp
