Having problems with Intel SSD

I have a Win7 64 bit, MSI P67A-GD65 mobo and Intel 320 160GB SSD. Went into BIOS and change the SATA Configuration, External SATA 6GB/s Configuration and Onboard E-SATA Configuration to AHCI.

The SSD is listed under Device Manager but I don't see it listed in My Computer. In the BIOS, I can select the SSD as the boot drive. I also tried to install Win7 on it but it doesn't have the SSD as one of the options.

Thanks for the help.

To install Windows on the SSD, you will want to hook it up to the Intel SATA ports, not the Marvell SATA ports.

You either have to change the physical port on your motherboard you're plugging the SSD into, or you need to install the Marvell drivers during the startup phase of the Windows Installer.
