As the title says

ive emailed ALL of their emails on their contact us page, its been a week and i still havent got any replies, i got a 1-800 # but for some reason it doesnt work from where i am its ( 800-539-2273 ) i dont want to call the gainward usa # in cali, as that will result in a HUGE long distance charge, what are some suggestions?

I called them on the US 510 number, talked to the RMA specialist "David" who is extremely friendly and have new Ti4800 coming to replace my Ti4400 GS. Have dealt with them b4 and both times they have responded in what I would call an A+ manner considering the turn-around.

I suggest that you call the 510-252-1118 number - but don't be surprised if he refers you over to Tech 1st if this is your 1st call.

No problems so far here either. Called them last week about my 4200, gave me an RMA #. Told them I wanted them to pay return shipping. They had me fax a ltter to their RMA dept, UPS came, card is on it's way back.
I am just hoping they dont bust my chops as the original HS/Fan was shot, so I of course replaced it with a TT g4 cooler, but removed it before I shipped it back because I want it 🙂

@dxky,
Well, this was a 3rd RMA pertaining to this particular card. They have swapped me out with 'new' Ti4400s in the past and now that they don't do anymore Ti4400 cards (and they have none in stock) he was kind enough to up me to a Ti4800 (and not the Ti4800SE - which he also dosent have).

Problems with the card include a electrical bleed to the chassis and artifacts at stock clocks.

They have plenty of Ti4200 cards for guys still having probs with them!
