I just saw this article the other day. I think NSF4 posted it. here it is.
I got the part about changing the values in wpcredit. I then installed WPCRSET which is supposed to make the value permanent (load every startup). I get into the program after restarting, and hit ADD and try to change the register value and the Data value just like the article says to do. The only thing is that it only lets me input 1 digit. I need to be able to input 2!! I need to put "52" in for register, and "EB" in for Data. What am I doing wrong?
