Having problems in Yahoo Chat

Ok, I'm trying to chat in one of Yahoo chat rooms and I'm getting bombarded by PM's and it eventually locks Yahoo and I have to log in again. The only reason I downloaded this this was for my sis to talk to her once in awhile.

Needing advice on how to stop the PM Bombardment inside yahoo. I heard something about turning PM's off. Let me know what to do guys. I'm new to the program.

I just need to know what settings to set Yahoo chat at to be protected in the future.

If it's to me, you can see I use Yahoo Chat since I'm asking the question about it 😉
