Having problems adjusting Dell U2713HM

I am using this site to adjust/calibrating my U2713HM:

Every time I scroll up and down the page, the images start flickering until I stop scrolling. Is there anyway to fix this.

Also, on the sharpness test, I can only get as close as I can using the monitor OSD. The sharpness levels can only be increase/decrease by 10. Is there a way to fine tune this?

My Acer monitor flickers too. Isn't that normal?

Your sharpness should probably be set to 50 which would be NO sharpening

I'm not sure if it's normal. First time owning an IPS monitor.

Yes my sharpness is set to 50 currently. I wanted to try +/- 5 on that level to see if it'll make a difference.
