having problem with certain ebay pages

for some odd reason i cannot view the feedbacks of anyone, i can't goto myebay or sign in page but everything else works fine. i tried disabling the firewall and using an alternate DNS but had no luck. I don't know when this started but just 2 months ago i didn't have any problems with ebay, I just found out this problem when some brought it to my attention, i formatted the cpu but it did nothing. any ideas?

I thought i just found the problem, but i didn't:|

for some odd reason, the Q814033 winxp update gives me this problem, but if I uninstall it and install all other winxp updates and install the Q814033 last, it works again.😕
