having problem when enabling SLi

I just downloaded the latest nVidia drivers(71.84), and when i enable SLi and start World of War Craft, a thick white vertical band appears near the left of my screen this band has a green bar appear in it from the middle of the screen that expands and contacts, also a thin horizontal green and white band appears across the middle of the screen.
These are the first drivers I have used that actually support SLi for WOW. As per the release notes I disabled "vertical sync" and changed the command line adding "-nofixlag", with and with out these changes no difference. It appears to be more a SLi driver or setup issuse as bands appear on the start screen and when i disable SLi the bands go away.
