Having pages in the "my forums"

I often check in the "My Forums" section to see if any new posts have been added to the posts that I have made, and was wondering whether it would be possible to have the page number show up (or at least "1 2 Last" like on the forums). This would be a nice addition for many of the long posts, such as the "Show off your desktop" threads when people want to check out other desktops.
 
That's a nice idea. I often come in late to a multi-page conversation, after the topic has changed greatly. When I come back to see an update, it takes me to the first page and I'm like, "WTF is this about?" 😛
 
have it like the folders for diffrent foums blue for new posts and yellow for no new posts

or is it backwards
 
or, hows about, there is marker that tells you the last post that was posted since you left that thread, or something like that?
